Ann Caluwaerts is EVP People, Brand & Corporate Affairs of Telenet, Provider of Entertainment and Telecommunication Services in Belgium. She brings to the table over 25 years of experience in the global telecom as well as local media industry. Within Telenet, she is part of the executive team and currently responsible for the wholesale division as well as the communications - and regulatory department. Ann regularly speaks at conferences and academic organizations.  In addition she strives for more gender diversity in the workplace, more women in top positions and more girls in STEM directions.

The digital revolution has fundamentally changed the way we work and live. If you want to use technology, the internet and social media in a safe and competent way, you need to be quite digitally literate. So we, and especially our children and young people, need to learn new skills. But will that alone be enough to stand strong in the digital society of the 21st century?
